Your responsibilities:

– Opening claim files and conducting initial correspondence with the various parties 
– Filing received mail/email in claim files for use by claims handlers/handling initial correspondence with further claimants 
– Entering and updating information in the system/ digital claim files OG / CED 
– Identifying irregular information – in claim files and received documents  
– Registration of payments 
– Telephone / Front office handling  
– Registration of complaints and similar

• Minimaal hbo werk- en denkniveau
• Minimaal hbo werk- en denkniveau
• At least 3-5 years relevant work experience.
• Good command of spoken and written local and English
• Proficient in all MS Office programmes
