Your main task is to compile the RI&E according to the Dutch labor law including the required action plan
• Development, mentoring and train (site based) personnel in all requirements coming from the RI&E and the action plan
• Ensure compliance with the relevant Health & Safety legislation
• Actively look to improve safety standards

Have solid experience as a HSE professional in the (offshore) Wind Industry
• Expert knowledge in H&S management systems and risk mitigation strategy
• Have a recognized H&S qualification on Dutch HVK level or equivalent;
• Speak and write English and Dutch fluently;
