For a temporary vacancy at an international headquarters (pharmaceutical) DPA Supply Chain is looking for a:

Supply Chain Coordinator

Your role and responsibilities as CDSM Coordinator are:

  • to maintain and build relationships with Customers and Supply Sites in the assigned geographic areas.
  • to act as primary contact for the assigned customers, receive, analyse and process forecasts and orders, manage inventory and deliveries and support new product introductions.
  • to ensure supply to end customers and develop processes that ensure that this supply is protected.
  • to manage and proactively resolve supply issues via effective coordination and communication in close cooperation with the Planning teams, manufacturing sites and the customers.
  • to mitigate and avoid future supply issues by thorough root cause analysis and implementation of preventative measures.
  • to comply with all MSD, MMD and local regulations, guidelines and procedures.

Wat we vragen:

What we expect from you:

  • Bachelor or Master degree (supply chain, business administration, engineering, logistics);
  • Relevant experience in customer service and supply chain management, preferably in an international envirnoment;
  • Strong Excel skills and knowledge of SAP;
  • Fluently speaking and writing in English;
  • Hands-on mentality, collaborative attitude towards stakeholders;
  • Stress resistant, proactive and flexible mindset;
  • Available as per direct and no holiday plans in coming months.

What we can offer?

  • Salary in between 3,500 and 4,500 euros gross per month (depending on experience);
  • Contract via DPA Supply Chain, possibility to get a contract at the client afterwards;
  • Follow studies and courses via DPA Academy (APICS, Lean, situational leadership etc);
  • Travel expenses will be reimbursed;
