Keep reading to learn more about this fun and challenging position! Employment agency Manpower is looking for a line maintenance field technician for a seed production company in the Zeewolde area. Please note this is a temporary vacancy. Working activitiesAs a line maintenance field technician, you will manage the follow-up of line maintenance in the plant nursery. You will visit the fields, take notes on the density, diseases and weeds, advise the growers on spraying and report about the crops. You will also be performing the following activities:Managing all tasks to prepare sowingAssisting line maintenance leads in technical tasksManaging seasonal workersFollowing up on the nursery from sowing until harvestingProposing new solutions to ensure excellent quality and quantity levelsCoordinating and following up on quality testsFollowing up and updating stock through information toolsActing as the technical interface with the pre-basic production teamApplying HSE rules and ensuring they are followed by other partiesJouw werkplekAbout the companyYou will be working at an international company that focuses on the production and amelioration of seeds and cereals.
