As cost controller you have the following tasks and duties:

  • Manage logistics costs for subsidiaries in order to manage all European logistics costs centrally
  • Tariff master and data management activities to analyze and report data
  • Logistics costs booking and allocation
  • Achieve cost-benefits
  • Finalize logistics cost control activities in order to meet monthly logistics costs closing deadline
  • Answer any questions or issues regarding logistics costs
  • Classify logistics costs of assigned subsidiaries in logistics cost codes in order to maintain the European standard
  • Provide logistics cost control data and reports to assigned subsidiaries in order to support the sales team effectively
  • Analyze trends, actual vs. budget, forecast and KPI’s (performance and failure) in order to provide regular standardized reports to stakeholders
  • Contact person for assigned logistics operations to answer any questions or issues regarding performance and master data
  • Provide logistics data analysis to support management decisions

As Logistics cost controller you bring the following:

  • Bachelor / Master degree (preferably with a specialization in supply chain)
  • 1-2 years work experience
  • Experience with project management
  • Advanced Excel & Access Skills
  • Experience with SAP ERP, SAP BI and working with databases such as SQL
  • Knowledge  of supply chain & logistics
  • Attention to detail and highly analytical
  • Excellent  communication skills  (in a complex international organization)
  • Patient and humble personality
  • Innovative and hard working
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)

 

  • Salary between €2200 and €2600
  • 24 paid days off per year
  • Flexible working hours

  • The vacation bonus is eight percent of the bruto (year) salary.
