Customer Support Specialist – Dutch

Our global customers our product, but sometimes they just need some support.
And this is where you come in! Whether it be questions on features, using certain tools or advice on how to use the boolean search bar. As our product Guru you know the answers to all of our customer’s questions and relay them with ease in a friendly, positive way.
What you will do
- Being responsible for the care of our Dutch customers and make them feel the recruitee love!
- Join a brilliant, international team of 5, constantly looking to improve workflow and service
- You will provide our clients with flawless answers and great, friendly service whether it be over the phone or chat (majority)
- Automatically gain a seat on the Product team (that’s all of us ;)) Providing your insight and feedback on Recruitee features &product, to ultimately make us the best hiring platform around!
What you’ll bring to the team
- 1+ years experience in a support role (SaaS or technical environment is a bonus!).
- Top-notch communication skills.
- A true problem solver and want the best outcome for our customers.
- You are tech savvy and have no problem in relaying complex technical concepts in a simplified way.
- You have an interest in digital products and are eager to join a SaaS Startup.
- Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
