You will be a part of a team of 130.000 customer service employees from all over the world, who represent some of the world’s largest corporations. Our client is a leader in telecom, electronic entertainment and IT. They offer flexible and professional solutions for their customers in all customer service areas. One of their clients is a luxurious fashion brand, which is in search of a native German speaking customer support professional.

As a customer support professional you are responsible for taking inbound calls from prospective customers with regards to fashion products, handling customer inquiries in a professional manner while providing the highest level of customer service. It is important to maintain a good knowledge of the fashion industry and the latest fashion product of this client.

We are in search of employees who are available for 40 hours a week from the 30th of April. You will start with a 2.5 week training to learn everything about the company. The working hours are from Monday till Friday starting from 09.00 am until 6.00 pm.

  • Experience in working with customers;
  • You are interested in fashion;
  • You have a sales mindset: passion to find the right solution for the customer, while also closing the sale;
  • Fluency in English language and your native language German;
  • You are outgoing and approachable, with excellent customer service;
  • Well-organized, accurate, you are detail-oriented, with high self-motivation.
