The key tasks and responsibilities:
. Install, commission and automate new packaging equipment
. Execute hands-on preventative and corrective maintenance activities to maximise system performance
. Perform troubleshooting and fault-finding services on site and by telephone
. Conduct production supervision and operator training at customer site
. Establish and maintain a continuous positive relationship with customer

We are looking for:
. Several years of field service experience, preferably in the dairy or food processing industry
. A proven technical background, preferably including experience in PLC systems/controls and servo drives.
A working knowledge of Rockwell automation equipment would also be seen as an advantage
. A self-starter with the drive and initiative to act decisively in the best interests of the company and their customers
. Strong service skills and the confidence to interact with customers
. Well developed problem-solving skills and the ability to apply structure and priority to duties
. The ability to model, promote and embed high standards of safe working practice
. A good command of both written and oral Dutch and English
. Proficiency in the use of MS Office
. A valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively, including on-call work on nights and at weekends.
