As an Traning Platform Service employee you’ll provide excellent, accurate and on time support in the areas of learning, recruitment and talant to all employees. You’ll maintain effective relationships with customers. Remains informed about de customer’s business and needs. You have a high drive of performance. That’s why you collaborate with managers to define documents and measureable targets. You support the development of others. Share knowledge or experience with others when collegues require time to attend training and development programs. Last you inspire others to develop themselves. 

• Create and maintain data as agreed procedures and standards;
• Execute requested activities; 
• Receive queries from learners concerning the platform; 
• Record all tickets, conversations, emails, actions and update revelant tools; 
• Prepare customized reports;
• Interact with the customer in a professional and friendly way;
• Inform the customer about system and process updates; 
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support the writing of support documentation. 

Functieeisen

• Minimaal afgeronde hbo-opleiding
• Minimaal afgeronde hbo-opleiding
• HR backgrond is an advantage;
• Understanding of working within a global, cross cultural environment;
• Fluent in English and German (mothertongue)
• Strong administration skills;
