DESCRIPTION
– As a customer care agent you will answer phone calls and assist the customer with general questions and problems of their car system
– You will enter all activities in a tracking system
– For problems with the car system you are the main contact person for the customer and present fast solutions
– Your area of responsibility and problems and deficiencies to the appropriate departments
REQUIREMENTS
– You, as a customer care agent, speak and write German well and can communicate well in English
– Your highly motivated, open-minded and friendly nature makes you a valuable team member
– You have good computer skills, are quick to learn and have a great enthusiasm for the automotive industry
– You work quickly, competently and professionally and have a high willingness to learn
