If so, Manpower has a great job opportunity for you at Dow Chemical in Terneuzen! Employment agency Manpower is looking for a recruitment planner/coordinator for Dow Chemical in Terneuzen. Working activitiesAs an HR recruiter at Manpower, you will be working in the Dow Service Centre?s HR team, and your job will be aligned to the HR Work Force Planning (WFP) technology in the EMEAI (Europe, Middle East, Africa and India) area. Your job is to act as a first point of contact to both internal and external clients (this includes hiring managers and potential candidates) and deliver workforce planning solutions. You will be working alongside the so-called Talent Acquisition Specialists and Campaign Specialists to fine-tune and accelerate Dow Chemical?s hiring process. During your workday, you can expect to perform the following tasks:Understanding and meeting hiring needs of hiring managersPre-screening (non-)native candidatesProviding a selection of pre-screened and interviewed candidates to the hiring managersScheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managersActing as key contact between different parties within the EMEAI region Using digital social media and to recruit candidatesEnsuring flawless execution and problem solving of WFP sourcing activitiesIdentifying opportunities for (future) improvements Following up on communication to/from hiring managers, Dow recruiters, and candidates Acting as a primary contact person for Taleo related matters (e.g. technical support and data extraction) Training of new Dow recruiters on e.g. Taleo and Dow Chemical and/or Dow Service Centre processes Being involved in student projects to attract graduates (EMEAI) Jouw werkplekAbout the companyThe Dow Service Centre in Terneuzen, which employs more than 700 talented employees, is the international service provider for the Dow Chemical Company. The Service Centre is not located on the Dow Chemical plant, but in the city of Terneuzen itself.
