Job Description

  • Act as role model
  • Promote team spirit and provide assistance in finance areas as required
  • Managing escalations /first point of contact/
  • Develop and distribute reports
  • Task allocation – re-allocation when it is needed with the agreement of TL
  • Monitor whether the team is on track with the day-to-day operations and oversee the quality of work
  • Collaboration with other departments and support info sharing
  • Support CI and project activities
  • Answer supplier/ internal stakeholder inquiries/calls, about the status of their accounts/invoices
  • Vendor statement reconciliation
  • Be able to handle vendor escalations
  • Handle IAM related actions, and cooperate with the TL regarding the necessary trainings
  • Provide support to other team(member)s
  • Support and coordinate on-boarding
  • Audit support
  • Support continuous improvement activities, projects within the department
  • Be able to lead, department related projects
  • Respect compliance procedures that relate to the accounts payable processes
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies within the R2P processes
  • Able to manage compliance issues on a structural level

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in the relevant field (P2P, Accounting or finance)
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal), Spanish or German is a plus
  • Excellent time-management and organizational and problem solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word), SAP
  • Good judgement and decision making skills
  • Being a role model
  • Good reporting and presentation skills
