Functieomschrijving

In this role your main responsibilities are:

• Responsible for the fulfillment of work orders on his line within the defined timelines.

• Support Shift Leader to provide records of the production results and further information (i.e. production record, production summary…) according to current business processes.

• Responsible to identify and communicate production issues on time; raise a request when recognizable bottlenecks on the production occur.

• Propose measures to optimize processes.

• Documentation of production information needs to be in accordance with quality standards for traceability and allow recall procedures.

• By process changes, independent action must be taken for implementation and the responsible departments must be informed.

Functieeisen

You are:

• Experience in a similar environment is an advantage.
• Knowledge of production, operations, as well as leadership; basic technical knowledge is a must; administration and stock control, experience in the field of industrial hygiene food production, basic knowledge in working with the PC (Excel, Word, and Outlook) is desirable.
• Knowledge of English language is a must.
• Technical/Commercial training finished secondary school.
• Organized, structured, leader, mediation skills
• Awareness of potential shortfalls, and trouble shooter
• Physically in good shape, especially in multiple shifts operations
• Team spirit
• Awareness of his responsibilities and the needed quality
