De Maintenance Technician verzorgd preventief- en correctief onderhoud op een dusdanige manier dat productieafdelingen zich volledig kunnen focussen op hun kernwerkzaamheden en zorgt ervoor dat de nodige apparatuur beschikbaar is.
Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
- Uitvoeren van preventief- en correctief onderhoud aan farmaceutische productieapparatuur.
- Begeleiden van externe partijen bij onderhoud of reparatie
- Uitvoeren van diagnose van storingen en hieruit volgend aanpassen van geldende procedures en formulieren.
- Verwerken van technische data in het onderhouds- en kwaliteit systeem (Trackwise)
- Komen met verbetervoorstellen om uptime van productieapparatuur verder te garanderen.
- Mede zorgdragen dat de GMP en EHS-naleving wordt gewaarborgd
- Deelnemen aan verbetertrajecten (LEAN, action workout, etc)
- Je maakt deel uit van een team van 7 collega’s
- Rapporterend aan de Maintenance Leader
