Over de functie
Voor onze internationale klant in het prachtige Lissabon zijn wij momenteel op zoek naar Vlaamse Customer Care Agents. Binnen deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verzorgen van customer support namens een bekend online reisbureau.
Je hebt de mogelijkheid jouw kennis en vaardigheden op het gebied van toerisme en travel support verder uit te breiden. Je assisteert klanten met problemen die zij eventueel ondervinden en doet er alles aan hen een onvergetelijke reiservaring te bezorgen!
Profiel
Jij bent/hebt:
- Vloeiend in Nederlands (Vlaams) en Frans, met een hoog niveau Engels
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden
- Positief, gemotiveerd en leergierig
- Goed probleem-oplossend denkvermogen
- Affiniteit met technologie
Deze vaardigheden zijn een pre:
- Eerdere ervaring in de klantenservice
- Ervaring met GDS tools (Amadeus, Galileo of Sabre)
