As a Product Owner CRM & Internet your primary responsibility will be solution delivery specifically in implementing technology and processes to support our CRM and Internet strategies and goals.



You will match needs and requirements of business process owners to IT strategy and system functionality, develop project plans and budgets and monitor them rigorously to ensure successful implementation of CRM and/or Internet solution.


Some of your tasks:



  • Establish by investigation and analysis the business requirements; propose solutions using sound judgement to deliver high quality, sustainable solutions for minimum cost;

  • Provide full life cycle project management, including project planning, managing timelines, requirements gathering, and implementation;

  • Business consultancy for local CRM, Mobile App & Internet teams by providing technical leadership;

  • Configure, implement and maintain the systems in specialised subject area against strategic design guidelines;

  • Rigorously define, document and validate CRM and Internet specifications relating to configuration or development needs;

  • Develop and deliver training on CRM systems and configured processes within it.
