Your extensive experience in established project controls practices helps ascertain critical project issues and you will recommend corrective actions when needed. Your overall expertise will help you to lead projects to successful outcomes.You can expect to be performing the following working activities:Providing schedule management servicesDeveloping and maintaining comprehensive integrated master project schedules, including Front-end Loading, Detail Design, Procurement, Construction and Start- up/Commissioning Project StagesMaintaining schedule during the project life cycle monitoring progressIncorporating modifications where changes in the original scope occur or delays are encounteredUsing project cost estimates to resource load project schedules and gain alignment with estimated scope of work and the project schedulePerforming staffing density or limitation checks to validate schedule durationsEnsuring resource-levelling supports the project strategyLeading project teams in forecasting schedule challenges and offering analyses and solutions to complete the project on schedulePerforming critical path analyses to determine problem areas in regards to project schedule and resource overloadsAlerting the project team to critical scheduling issuesEvaluating project deviations to assess schedule impact for proper decision making and recovery plansWorking with cost management to gain alignment when forecasting schedule completion datesApplying established schedule management practices to ascertain critical schedule issues and recommend corrective actionsJouw werkplekAbout the companyThe Dow Chemical Company (?Dow?) is an organization driven by science and technology, as well as a strong commitment to contribute to reshaping the world we live in and enhancing our quality of life.
