Program: Solid and sustainable IT infra at sites
Program objective: Maximize business productivity by having solid and reliable IT infrastructure services in place at all sites of the company
Scope:
• 60 sites (starting with a pilot of 2)
• WAN, LAN, Blackbox, WLAN, MLAN, MPS, PBX, etc.
Objectives pilot phase:
• Define solid and sustainable IT infrastructure standards
• Define and test approach
• Prepare and implement two pilot sites
Assignment:
• Define solid and sustainable IT infrastructure standards
• Define and test approach
• Prepare and implement two pilot sites
• Prepare, plan, manage, and communicate end-to-end project plans with stakeholders and teams
• Perform day to day project check-in and update to manage project delivery and quality
• Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities and communicate to stakeholders and other teams to drive resolution

They are passionate about innovation, and their portfolio includes high performance paints and coatings for ships, aircraft, automotive, industrial installations, architectural components, and mobile devices. For their global customers (internal and external) they are developing and maintaining color applications.
Profile:
• Proven experience (5 years+) as program manager of large complex infrastructural projects
• Understanding of technology in scope, like WAN, LAN, Blackbox, WLAN, MLAN, MPS, PBX
• Good planning skills in a complex IT infrastructure landscape
• The candidate must have the ability to build trust, facilitate consensus building across diverse groups, drive change management, while demonstrating excellent communication and time management skills.
• Able to create investment proposals
• Able to align with other programs in the same space and optimize plans for effective execution
• Able to align with ongoing separation and re-organization programs
• Track deliverables and costs
• Work closely through IM Services and Sourcing with suppliers, based on contracts
• People skills
• Experience working in the chemical industry would be a big plus.

Pilot period: July 2018 to December 2018
The initial Project Management request is for the Pilot phase. An extension will be optional.
Work location: Mostly in Gelderland and Amsterdam with some internal travel expected
