As a senior IT Technologist, you join a team of experienced engineers and work on projects to install, configure and maintain the IT infrastructure. Scope includes participating in design and assessments, to executing and ensuring hand-over to our operations teams. Further you work closely with your global peers to leverage knowledge and time zones.
Next to this, you will be responsible for executing pilots for new technology and create standard work delivery packages and configuration standards.

  • Bachelor / Master degree in a relevant discipline
  • 5~7 years of experience with enterprise environments
  • Cisco certification (CCNP/CCDP)
  • Broad technical expertise and willingness to learn new technologies. Technical focus areas:
    • Deployment and configuration of Cisco enterprise routing & switching Infrastructure,
      including Cisco nexus, 9k platform, WAAS, VPN/DMVPN, MPLS, BGP
    • Deployment and configuration of Cisco wireless deployments
    • San networking / MDS
    • Deployment and configuration of Infoblox
    • Network security (Juniper and Checkpoint)

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Strong customer focus
  • Eager to learn
  • Business communication
  • Perfect command of the English language
  • Ability to work in a Global Team
  • Experience in any of these areas would be considered as a plus:
    • Cisco IP Telephony
    • F5 load balancers
    • VMware networking (VDS/NSX) / software defined networking
