Your functional area
The staff department to the Group CFO manages all contributions from the Finance organization towards Corporate Boards and Committees. Moreover, the Staff Department is responsible for driving the cross-divisional digital agenda for Finance. Given the responsibility of the CFO and the number of interesting and fast moving topics, the staff department is a very exciting department which requires trustworthiness and the ability to manage a lot of tasks with a high degree of quality and flexibility at the same time.
- Your profile
- Graduation above-average before April 1st, 2019
- Internships in consulting and/or finance/strategy
- Very good German and English skills
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills; great social skills and confidence; ability to communicate well also in a top management environment
- Flexibility, open-mindedness and readiness to take on challenges
- Analytical skills and conceptual abilities; strategic thinking, as well as affinity to financial numbers and processes
- Passion for digitalization is a plus
