As a warehouse employee you will work in the distribution center of Action in Echt. As you probably know, the Action is so successful that it opens one store after another inside and outside the Netherlands. More than 350 stores are supplied with orders from the distribution center in Echt every day. It is up to you to ensure that the orders received are processed in the distribution center. You jump on your order pick truck and drive through the warehouse to prepare the order. You ensure that everything is correct and perfectly organized on the roll containers.

You are going to use a headset in the warehouse. You receive the orders in your ears and work accurately and quickly to ensure that the shops in Belgium and abroad receive all their orders on time and undamaged. Together with your colleagues you ensure the best result. You work from 6:00 am to 15:00 pm or from 15:00 pm to 12:00 am or until the work is complete.   • You get a full-time or part-time job for a longer period of time.
  • You earn a salary of € 10,01 at age 22 and older, which is increased to max. 4.5% every year in case of proper functioning.
  • You will receive shift allowances on top of your salary if you work in the evening hours.
  • You will receive a contract for an indefinite period of time with the Action after 23 months if you function properly.
  • You get training opportunities, for example for your reach truck certificate or a bhv diploma.

  • You get a nice hot meal in the staff canteen in the late shift for free.
  • You receive a compensation for the travel expenses up to a maximum of € 9.88 per day that you work

  • You are immediately available for a longer period.
  • You have your own transportation.
  • You are in a good physical condition and you enjoy performing active work.
  • You master the Dutch or Polish language well in word and writing.
